Need a jack up barge charter for offshore personnel accommodation or shallow-water project support? INNOMARINE 1 is offered for charter enquiries through SAP International Pte. Ltd. The self-elevating platform has accommodation for up to 120 personnel and can be assessed for offshore energy, maintenance and construction campaigns where water depth, seabed and load requirements are suitable.

Typical offshore charter applications

  • Accommodation for offshore construction, maintenance and repair teams.

  • Temporary living quarters during brownfield platform upgrades or hook-up works.

  • Personnel support for shallow-water marine infrastructure projects.

  • Elevated working and logistics platform for suitable offshore EPC campaigns.

  • Short- or long-term accommodation support subject to project-specific engineering, certification and commercial terms.

Technical screening before charter

INNOMARINE 1 has four 61.2 m cylindrical legs, approximately 35 m nominal operating water depth under suitable conditions, up to 120 POB accommodation, a helideck and a Kobelco offshore crane. The unit is non-self-propelled and is an accommodation/support barge rather than a drilling unit. Nominal water depth is not a guarantee of suitability: actual limits depend on soil strength, leg penetration, sea state, air gap, structural loads, crane use and operational studies.

Class renewal and charter availability

Class renewal is currently in progress. Charter commencement, inspection access, lifting and lifesaving system readiness, certificates, marine warranty requirements and sailing dates must be agreed against a realistic reactivation and mobilization programme. Any proposed delivery window should be confirmed only following technical and classification review.

Mobilization from Trinidad and Tobago

The barge is located in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Mobilization to an overseas site must account for towage or approved marine transport, passage planning, weather restrictions, local permits and arrival preparations. The charter contract should explicitly allocate mobilization and demobilization responsibilities, costs and delays. Because the unit is not self-propelled, tug or transport arrangements form a separate planning item.

Charter commercial structure

Potential charter terms may cover daily hire, minimum commitment, on-hire and off-hire events, mobilization and demobilization, fuel and services, liability and insurance, survey requirements and payment security. No fixed charter rate or immediate availability is represented here. SAP International can develop a budgetary proposal after receiving the intended work scope and destination.

What to include in your charter enquiry

  • Project country, offshore field or port and proposed coordinates.

  • Target operating water depth, seabed conditions and expected leg penetration.

  • Requested personnel count (POB), crew rotation and accommodation standards.

  • Crane lift requirements, loads and required working radius.

  • Required mobilization date, charter duration and optional extensions.

  • Class, flag, local permits, HSE and project-specific acceptance requirements.

Request INNOMARINE 1 charter particulars

Send the proposed scope to our team. We can provide available technical particulars, review suitability with the project team and discuss a conditional charter proposal, subject to inspection, class renewal and agreement of commercial terms.
